Abstract Background The scientific literature establishes that people with mental impairments show high levels of sedentary behaviour. Aim This research has the objectives (a) Studying effect intervention programme on basic physical qualities, balance and coordination (b) Comparing results obtained before after carrying out according to sex participants through a structural equation model. Methods A quasi-experimental study was carried pre-test-post-test group design, sample 47 (46.8% male 53.2% female). Questionnaires adapted characteristics were collect data. Results It is observed helped improve qualities coordination. Conclusion concluded Kin Ball sport improves quality life special educational needs gender key factor influencing development qualities.
